Neighborhood Beautification Committee

Cambridge Estates is a great place to live. We have great neighbors, beautiful homes, mature trees and large lots, just to name a few advantages.
In a recent Homeowners Association Meeting, it was brought to the board's attention that there are a few homes in the neighborhood that are in need of some TLC. This ranges from simple things like yard maintenance to actual home maintenance like painting and structural repairs. We would like to remind everyone that a pleasant community appearance adds to home values, helps attract new home buyers and just improves the neighborhood's reputation.
We also understand that there may be situations that may prevent a homeowner from being able to maintain their property. For this reason, the Homeowners Association has formed a Neighborhood Beautification Committee. As part of this committee we have neighbors that are willing to volunteer their time to help any neighbor that needs a little helping hand.
